Whoops - got too close - they have disappeared......
For some weird reason the kangaroos who live over the road are coming in close to the house during the day. Yesterday they were right up to our side fence and we could sit inside and watch them - the little joey had the best spot, warm and snug inside the mother's pouch.
How darned cool is that!? All I've seen lately is a hawk fly down to a front lawn and snatch up a baby rabbit that went squeaking away through the sky!
